We are not sure if any one of you remember that the Autobots invaded the Penang Island once in year 2014 ? It was in Gurney Paragon Mall at that time, we remember because we were there ! As when we thought the Autobots are gone for good, they are now back in Malaysia rolling out in Penang Island, this time in Esplanade for two solid months from 19 July 2015 until 17 September 2015. Don't worry, Penang is safe from Decepticons !
Being name as the Transformers Street Art Exhibition it showcase few street arts with Transformers characters painted on containers by students from the One Academy Penang.
Every drawing from every containers has its own story which is related to The Pearl of the Orient.
Just as prevention from decepticons attack, the leader of the Autobots Optimus Prime standing 30-foot tall and the 20-foot Bumblebee is guarding the exhibition side by side !
There is also colour lighting, laser light and sound effects show in the evening starting from 7.30pm onward daily. The is the reason why you can see different colours of light on Bumblebee.

Admission is free and it is open to public from noon to midnight every weekday and from 9am to midnight on weekends.
If you are a Transformers Fans, do visit Esplanade Penang for the exhibition before 17 September 2015.
Getting To Esplanade Penang
If you are driving via the 1st Penang Bridge, once you turn right to exit the bridge keep right and drive straight for few kilometers. Along the way you will go through few junction with traffic lights, don't turn, keep straight. Until you come to a big round about. Still drive straight which is by taking the 2nd exit at the round about. Drive straight for another 100 meters you will see the transformers on your right.
