Wake up early in the morning, not to catch the sunrise but to take photo before the hot sun comes out, hahaha ! There are a few spot by the beach that is nice for photography in Gili Air.
Today's activity is kinda relaxing. After finish taking photo along the beautiful beach, we went back for breakfast in Captain Coconuts, pack our stuff, bath then get ready to check out and go for Mount Rinjani.
Carrying big backpack and luggage from Captain Coconuts to Ferry Terminal is kinda far, so we took the horse carriage which cost IDR 100,000. From the Ferry Terminal we took the Public Shuttle Boat over to Bangsal Ferry Terminal where we then waited for our shuttle van which we pre-booked from our Rinjani Tracking Guide. The shuttle van is included inside our Rinjani Tracking Package that we already paid for before our trip here. Do take note also about the Public Shuttle Boat, you can buy tickets at the Gili Air Ferry Terminal and remember to ask for the boat time as there is not much boat trip per day, you won't want to miss the boat.
Since we still have to wait for our shuttle van to come pick us up at Bangsal, i went nearby the Ferry Terminal to search for food.
Nothing fancy about the food here, it tasted average but good enough to keep me full as it is already pass lunch time. It cost me a total of IDR 10,000 for my lunch. It is roughly estimated around 2 hours drive from Bangsal Ferry Terminal to Sembalun Agro Villa where we will be staying tonight and it will also be the starting point of our 4 days 3 night Mount Rinjani Hike.
