A newly open restaurant, Hui Shang Ying Restaurant is located at Jalan Sungai Dua, Gelugor which is very near to University Sains Malaysia (USM). This place used to be RHB Islamic Bank. Hui Shang Ying Restaurant is a two store restaurant, making it a big place with plenty of seating place to choose from. Hui Shang Ying Restaurant is a comfortable restaurant and the decoration is simple and nice. I feel comfortable dining here.
Tom Yam Soup with Minced Pork RM 10.50
Tom Yam Soup Noodle here is really spicy but it is tasty. I can actually choose the type of noodles that i want but there are some which is not recommended because it does not goes well with Tom Yam Soup, so you can check with the waiter or waitress there when you make your order.
Whole Eggs Mee + Dumpling RM 9.50
The Wantan Noodles feels ordinary but the Wantan is full with ingredient inside and the size is not too small which i like.
Nyonya Rice Dumpling RM 4.80
I love this Nyonya Rice Dumpling, it taste good but i feel that it is slightly smaller in size compare to those i tried elsewhere but the taste is good.
Licorice + Hawthorn + Roselle RM 3.90, RM 4.90
I don't really understand this cup of drink, haha .. i taste ok but i don't know how to describe it, haha .. probably you can try and tell me what you think about it.
