Italiannies is one of many restaurant which is in Queensbay Mall but Italiannies is famously known for bringing uniquely rustic Italian cuisine to the tables. From what i know, there is only two outlet of Italiannies in Malaysia, one is in Kuala Lumpur and another one is in Queensbay Mall, Penang.
In my opinion, there is nothing much about Italiannies for me to shout about, well, they do serve variety of food here and their serving portion is big but in terms of taste, I find it average.
Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
This Chicken and Mushroom Pasta is actually a new menu for Italiannies. I order this during lunch hour from their lunch set menu which is available from Monday to Friday until 3.00 pm only, it cost RM 16.30 and it comes with a complimentary glass of bottomless drinks. The Chicken and Mushroom Pasta is actually, spaghetti with sautéed chicken, mushrooms and spinach with chilli, sweet cherry tomato and crispy spinach.
Creme Brulee RM 17.05
Creme Brulee here is huge, I was expecting a regular size Creme Brulee but was surprise to see that size when served in Italiannies, it is good though, at least I can eat a lot a lot of Creme Brulee, haha !
Environment here is nice and their service is good too, it would be a nice addition to your list of places to eat during lunch, well at least now you have more place to choose from rather than to head ache where to eat during lunch in Bayan Lepas area, haha !
