As a traveler myself, other than keeping photographs as a memory of my travel, souvenirs also play an important part as to remind me of my awesome travel oversea. It is always hard to find a souvenirs shop at other country or even in Malaysia itself when we are not familiar with that area we are visiting, that is why many end up buying souvenirs at the airport, but for me, I would prefer getting my souvenirs from local souvenir store as the items they sell, has more local touch compare to those commercialize items.

So if you are visiting Penang, then you can come check out Misyalbuyit, a Souvenir Store located at Lebuh Cintra, Georgetown, Penang. Even if you are locals here in Penang, you can always feel free to come here and get some gift items for yourself, friends or family.

There are many items to choose from here at Misyalbuyit, you will not run out of things to choose from. What I like is the items with their own original design on it, Misyalbuyit does have their own branding on some of the souvenirs here and I find those items unique and nice.

Misyalbuyit own original design for their souvenirs are more towards the local touch of Penang, like the two-in-one Magnet and Bottle Opener which have a photo of trishaw on it which is very symbolic to Penang. These types of items are those that really interest me to keep one for myself and it will definitely be a unique gift or souvenirs for friend. While the Key Chain which looks like a traditional Nyonya clothing are actually a repack with their brand on it, you can actually tell that the items are original design or repack as there are indication on the packing stated with 'Original Design' if the items are Misyalbuyit own original design.

These is what really caught my attention, the games from my child hood years. Remember how we used to play Batu Seremban by just using stones ? Now they even have it customize with different colours on it, isn’t that wonderful ? People actually modernize all those old games to suit the modern world now-a-days .. and you can find it here at Misyalbuyit. Other than Batu Seremban, there is also Tic-Tac-Toe and Checkers or better known as ‘Dam’ by the locals here.

Visiting Misyalbuyit, you will be spoiled for choice, their souvenir items are so vast and diverse, they not only have items like keychain, bracelets or magnets. Misyalbuyit also offer cloths and ear rings to their visiting customers or tourist.
