Today may be the last day for the Nine Emperor God Festival and it may mark the end of eating Vegetarian Food for many people this year but to those who are true Vegan, the eating Vegetarian Food practice does not just end here, it continues for as long as they are Vegan. So, today I would like to introduce a Vegetarian Restaurant to everyone who is a vegetarian lover.
Pinxin Vegan Cuisine is a vegetarian Restaurant which is located in Lebuh Tye Sin, Georgetown, Penang. It is a lovely place with many seating places to choose from. The environment is nice and comfortable.
There are variety of Vegetarian Food to choose from their menu, there are some unique food which I have no idea that it is possible to be serve as Vegetarian Cuisine.
Prosperous Hokkien Noodle RM 16.00
A popular local dish with the jing si's multigrain mix soup base, served with bok choy, bean sprouts, hericium mushrooms, organic beancurd and homemade chilli paste
Spaghetti Aglio Olio RM 18.00
Organic spaghetti with fresh button mushrooms, abalone mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olives and basil, cooked with olive oil.
PinXin Nasi Lemak RM 18.00
Malaysia's favorite dish, the aromatic virgin coconut oil rice, served with curry hericium mushrooms, acar, homemade sambal, roasted cashewnuts, tempeh and papadam.
Satay Sticks RM 16.00
Hericium mushrooms served with special peanut sauce.

Food at Pinxin Vegan Cuisine is tasty, some of the food here does not even taste like Vegetarian Food, it taste just like any ordinary food that you can find at any famous food stall or restaurant in Penang, it makes me feels like, I am not eating vegetarian food, haha .. tasty ! Service is good, thought price is a little be pricy but it is Vegetarian Food worth trying. Would I go back for more food there in PinXin ? Yes, of course .. ! haha .. All the food here are prepared using all natural ingredient, making it healthy to eat.
Not only does Pinxin promote healthy eating and no killing of animals for food, they also are supporting in saving the environment by selling metal straws to customers who are interested in going ‘No Straw’ in accordance to Penang Government's effort to promote no usage of plastic straw.
