Environment inside C'est Si Bon Restaurant is awesome, this place is spacious, clean and comfortable, it can fit many people at a time. I can just sit here throughout the entire buffet session to eat and talk with family and friends.
Recently, C'est Si Bon Restaurant unveils an exciting theme to their buffet dinner which is named as LET'S GET FAT! Fat-bulous Buffet Dinner, haha ! The theme of the buffet dinner is catchy and it just stuck in my mind instantly. The buffet dinner is a cross between wine pairing and a scrumptious feast, inviting diners to embark on an exciting culinary journey of tasty international and local delicacies with free flow of wine and beer all night long.
Centering on a well rounded mix of local delights as well as Western and Japanese eats, the buffet spread is passionately put together by Vouk Hotel Suites team of amazing chefs. Guest can look forward to indulging in a tantalizing array of seafood on ice.
This bountiful spread includes Oysters, Mussels, Half Shell Scallops, Boiled Prawns, Green Shell Abalone Slices, Tuna and Fresh Salmon. This type of combination is perfectly made for all seafood lovers. It is also unique, the way how C'est Si Bon Restaurant presented their seafood, in a small boat, haha !
Be treated to an array of stalls where you will find favorites such as a Sharwama station, guest can choose to feast on flavorful chicken pulls wrap in pita pockets with condiments. A must try noodles from their noodles station. The menu for the Noodles Station is rotated on a daily basis so that diners can sample variety of different local Penang food like the Hokkien Mee, Curry Mee or even Loh Mee during each visit. Other signature stalls include Pasta Station with 3 different sauces to choose from.
At C'est Si Bon Restaurant, there is also the live action area where the Chef would cook the food right in front of you and you can choose what type of food and ingredient that you wish to put into your order. Fat-bulous Buffet Diner’ will be available on every Friday and Saturday only from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm till the end of the year. Guest would also be serenaded by the acoustic performance of ‘Akustika Trios’. This 3-piece band play some well-known songs which is soothing and nice to listen to, this actually makes the entire environment in C'est Si Bon Restaurant comfortable to dine in.
