The newly open Jazz Hotel, is ideally located in a residential suburb of Penang Island. Jazz Hotel, Penang is just a leisure stroll to Straits Quay, whilst family attractions, shopping and dining at Gurney Drive’s famous street food are just few minutes drive away. I like how Jazz Hotel incorporate music as their theme for the hotel thus their name. If you are a music lover like i do, Jazz Hotel is a nice place to stay and also not to forget, dine !

Jazz Hotel, Penang is serving their Seafood Buffet Dinner for the first time at their sleek and stylish Jazz Feast Restaurant which is located at the 2nd floor of Jazz Hotel. Jazz Feast Restaurant is a nice and comfortable place with plenty of seating place. It is design in a way where all the food placement are spread out throughout the entire restaurant making it easy to grab for food.

At Jazz Feast Restaurant, Jazz Hotel Penang unveils an exciting seafood themed buffet dinner Jazzy Gump Seafood Buffet Dinner. Inviting diners to embark on an exciting culinary journey of New Orleans inspired delicacies with free flow of wine, beer and fruit punch all night long. Centering on a well rounded mix of local delights as well as Western and Japanese eats, the buffet spread is passionately put together by the hotel's team of experience chefs.

To kick start the 'Jazzy Gump Seafood Buffet Dinner', boasting the eight chafing dishes presenting Western, Malay, and Oriental eats are there at Jazz Hotel to spoiled you with choice.

Guests can look forward to indulge in a tantalising array of seafood in pail. This includes Sashimi, Prawns and Mussels with two dipping sauces. I like the concept of how Jazz Hotel place some of its seafood in a small pail, making it easy for diners to grab their seafood. Other delectable front runners include Japanese Unagi from Jazz Hotel cold cut on the mirror selection.

Be treated to an array of live action stalls where you can find food such as Chicken and Beef Stay served up right from the grill, which is one of my personal favorite. Not forgetting, a must have 'Panggang-Panggang Dalam Daun Pisang' which consist of squid, stingray and a variety of vegetables. Diners would also be entertained by the live carving meat session. Other signature live stalls include a Pizza and Pasta Station with four different sauces and Auto Sham stall featuring Roasted Marinated Sirloin accompanied with roasted root vegetables and baked potatoes, Roasted Chicken and Duck with dipping. The Roasted Chicken and Duck here are presented as a whole and later cut into pieces as per order from diners.

And to top off the delectable dining experience, some traditional favourites sugary delights awaits, such as Penang Famous Teow Chew Cendol, Ais Kacang and Sago Gula Melaka are among some others that will evoke your childhood memories. Jazz Hotel also serve four types of ice cream with condiments and assorted jelly in a cup that will surely be a win with children or be spoiled for choice with a wide variety of cakes including everyone's favourite Matcha Green Tea Cake. Jazz Hotel also have something for everyone with an array of assorted mix tropical fruits for those who are health conscious, while for the adventurous, try these New Orleans inspired desserts such as Creme Brulee, Profiterole and the infamous authentically New Orleans Bread Pudding with some Asian touch. Prawn Avocado Cocktail Salad is also one of my personal favourite here at Jazz Feast Restaurant.
