Lexis Suites Penang is back for another series of Buffet Promotion and this time they are all gear up for the Christmas Buffet Fiesta. Indulge in Lexis Suites Penang sumptuous Christmas buffet at Roselle Coffee House and Hibiscus Grand Ballroom in conjunction with the joyous and festive season of Christmas. Lexis Suites Penang's Executive Chef and his culinary team have crafted a mouth watering spread to be served during Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner at Hibiscus Grand Ballroom from 6.30 pm to 1.00 am and Christmas Day Buffet Lunch at Roselle Coffee House from 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm. These preparation is specially made for diners to celebrate Christmas with friends or family.

The food at Lexis Suites Penang during the Christmas Buffet will all be presented in several different sections namely from cold delicacies, Japanese corner, soup, carving, seafood on ice, noodles stall, western delight, hot dishes to desserts. These segregation makes diners easier to choose they type of food that they would like to try first, second or so on. Kicking off the buffet with a variety of hors d'oeuvres such as Smoked Chicken Breast with Teriyaki Gravy and Salmon Gravlax in savoury little bites which will get the appetite going. As to continue tingling the senses, it is then on to the different types of salads such as Walnut Apple Salad, Australian Potato Salad coupled with different types of dressing and condiments which will keep the taste buds craving for more.
Lexis Suites Penang also prepared some interesting must have dish for Christmas during their Buffet Fiesta which is a classic authentic roasted turkey which their fellow chefs will carve and served alongside with yorkshine pudding, roasted baby potato, chestnut and apple stuffing, and cranberry, giblet, butter vegetable sauce. The Roasted Turkey itself can be treated as a main course itself with all the side dish that comes along with it.
After a satisfying feast from all the mains, there are some piping hot Lobster Bisque with Almond Flakes accompanied by fresh baked bread, rolls and butter to sooth down the throat. The Lobster Bisque is well prepared and the taste it just right to be taken after a meal.
