Cheng Shuang Cafe is kind of a hidden Chinese Restaurant located somewhere near SPICE Arena Penang. Most people won't drive all the way to this area looking for food, so most people probably might miss this little place here. Cheng Shuang Cafe have a reasonable numbers of customer who are probably working around this area or they are locals here.
Cheng Shuang Cafe is a local Chinese Restaurant that serve variety of Chinese Cuisine, it is more like what they call as the 'Zhu Char' type of restaurant. There you can order Ala Carte dish or Set Meal. Their Seat Meal are more like those 1 dish + Rice at the side thing. Here you can find all the local Chinese Dish ranging from Fried Tua Pan, Claypot Tofu, Fried Eggs and more. Environment here is goo, nothing fancy but clean. Ever since i found this place, i have been coming back again and again, ordering different dish every time. The food serving portion is just average and the price is reasonable. In terms of food taste, is good .. i won't say great, but it is the taste that i like.
