Many years ago when i first visit the Batu Lanchang food court which is just located beside the Batu Lanchang market, this is actually a quiet place and is only known by the locals here, even so, during that time, this food court is already having stalls that sell either breakfast or dinner. Recent years, due to the power of social media and blogging, one particular stall number 76 has become crazy famous not only to Penang Island people but also to those from other states in the country. What makes this Stall No.76 become so famous is their Coffee Art, of which i have never seen before even though i go there often, probably you might need to make special request to the owner for making this Art on your cup of Coffee.
Ever since the Stall No. 76 become crazy famous, the Batu Lanchang food court is now full with people especially during Breakfast time, you might not even find a seating place if you reach there at 9.00 am during the weekend. The fame of Stall No. 76 indirectly help the other stalls to pull some reasonable amount of customers as well. Other then the famous Coffee, there are some other stalls that sell pretty tasty breakfast, like the Nasi Lemak, Hokkien Noodles, Chee Chung Fun and more !
Recently i can see there are a lot of Runners, Hikers and Cyclist who wakes up early to get their work out done head over to this Batu Lanchang food court to have their breakfast, making this a perfect pit stop to either catch up after their work out or before heading out for a productive day ahead.
For me, i personally like the Coffee, Nasi Lemak and Kaya Toast, you may try these next time when you are here. In terms of price, it is reasonable !
