Urban Inn Hotel @ Ampang Business Centre (ABC), Alor Setar, Kedah

If you ever have the chance to go over to Alor Setar, may it for holiday, business or even to visit friends and family. There is this Urban Inn Hotel which is located inside of Ampang Business Centre. Being located in a commercial complex with eateries, this contemporary budget hotel is 5 km from Menara Alor Setar, a tower with a revolving restaurant and 15 km from Sultan Abdul Halim Airport.

The streamlined rooms, some with city views, provide Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, in addition to tea and coffee making equipment. I am not sure if Urban Inn has their own parking space but the Ampang Business Centre is a huge place with plenty of outdoor parking space, with some are directly at the entrance of Urban Inn Hotel, so finding parking here is not a problem. Urban Inn also provide meeting space and a ballroom.

The Ampang Business Centre looks new, i would guess that this place is a newly build building which makes Urban Inn a new place too. Ampang Business Centre is a place full with eateries and there is also a C-Mart inside it making Urban Inn a perfect location to put your head down for the night. In terms of location, i am giving this place a 5 stars rating ! What is even better, there is a clinic in the bulding.

Now let us look at the room and facility here at Urban Inn. The rooms is nice and comfortable, it feels like as it i am staying in a 5 stars hotel but one thing i don't like is the soundproof of the room, i can't hear footsteps which is good but if someone is laughing or talking loudly outside the room, i can hear it clearly from the inside. The room is clean and well maintain with individual bathroom.

Hair dryer is provided without the need to ask for one, there are instant coffee and water boiler in the room, the air conditioning is cold and the bathroom has water heater. Toiletries, shampoo and clean towel is also provided.

The room also come with a secure lock which need access card if you wish to enter or exit the room. It is everything that you will find in a high class hotel. The Urban Inn also take the effort to prepare water station for their customer to fill up water.
