Southmann Coffee and Kitchen @ Taman Santuari Merbok, Nibong Tebal, Penang

A newly added edition of cafe is not open in Nibong Tebal, Penang. Open in a rows of new shop houses, Southmann Coffee and Kitchen is easy to spot the moment you exit the Nibong Tebal highway tol from the north south highway. Being new, this place look awesome.

The environment in Southmann is nice and comfortable with a modern touch. It has few seating place good enough for family or friend's dine in. Food serving is fast, portion is big and service is good.

At Southmann Coffee and Kitchen, they serve many different types of food, here you can find, hamburger, pizza, spaghetti, western food like fish and chip or chicken chop. There is also local delight like nasi lemak, fried bihun, fried mee mamak and more. Vegetarian food is also available here making Southmann Coffee and Kitchen a one stop place for everyone.

Salted Egg Chicken Chop RM 15.80

Made from crispy boneless chicken thigh, this Salted Egg Chicken Chop is a tasty plate of Chicken Chop. The boneless chicken thigh is soft and well cook. The salty taste of Salted Egg taste good and is a perfect match with the boneless chicken thigh. It is serve with fries at the side.

Malaysia Nasi Lemak Rempah Chicken RM 14.80

This plate of Nasi Lemak is serve in a huge size. It is made from aromatic pandan scented coconut milk rice served with boiled egg, crispy anchovies, fried peanut, cucumber and chef's recipe sambal. The sambal taste good but it is spicy. The chicken is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Anchovies is still crunchy when serve.

Cream of Wild Mushroom RM 7.80

Having a big bowl of Cream of Wild Mushroom soup is an awesome way to complete a meal here at Southmann Coffee and Kitchen. The soup is a mixed of mushrooms to make a hearty soup served with garlic baguette. The baguette is crunchy and goes well with the Mushroom Soup.

Summer Story RM 13.80

While for the drinks here, i order the Summer Story during my visit here. The grapefruit and watermelon are a refreshing combo in a drink, suitable to quench thirst.
