Here is another addition of vegetarian food for everyone. The location where SUPE is right now used to be where Sushi Kitchen is and it is sad to see Sushi Kitchen being close down. If you know where Sushi Kitchen used to be, then you probably know where SUPE is, but if you don't then SUPE is located along Lebuh Acheh in Georgetown Penang.
All in One Sushi RM 22.00
SUPE serve variety of Vegetarian Sushi and it taste good. There are sushi like Strawberry Sushi, Mango Sushi and more, the one that i order is actually a set of few different types of Sushi in a plate. There are Rainbow Maki, Crispy G-Ken Floss Inside Out Roll, Pure Inari, Chuka Wakame Gunkan and Climate Maki in this plate of All in One Sushi. All the Sushi in this place has very distinctive taste, each and every one of it is tasty as its own.
Supe Ramen RM 17.00
The Supe Ramen is the one thing that interest me when i look a the menu, of course there are other nice interesting food here at SUPE too but Supe Ramen is what i ordered during my visit here. It is a bowl of Japanese premium ramen with broccoli, kun-bu, silken tofu, hand plucked crunchy white cabbage, and some fungus in it. The soup base if made from fresh lemongrass, fresh turmeric, fresh curry leaves, fresh red hot chilli, dried red chilli, fresh big red chilli, there are actually two choice of soup available for this Ramen but the one i order has a slightly spicy taste to it. There are also some kun-bu, silken tofu, freshly toasted black and white sesame, organic ground flaxseed soft tofu as topping on it.
Seasoned Potato Wedges RM 10.00
This crunchy and well cooked Seasoned Potato Wedges is my personal favorite. The serving portion is big but the Potato Wedges is cut into small size and i can finish one entire piece with only one bite, which is kinda nice in my opinion. If you look at their menu, there are many different type of vegetarian food available here, if you want go for something basic, they have fried rice too.
Overall, Environment here is comfortable and their service is good too. A good place to add into my list of vegetarian food to eat.
