Good Day Good Time | 良辰吉时 is said to be Taiwan's most popular star brand handshake beverage. Good Day Good Time landed in Penang Island around end of last year where the craze of Boba Milk Tea is still in its hay day. Serving only beverage back then, Good Day Good Time now seems to be adding some simple food to their menu.
Good Day Good Time is a small place which is located at Nagore Square opposite to Wow Tea and The Monarch Tea. In my opinion, this place is more suitable for some quick bite and take away on their beverages as the seating space is limited here but it is comfortable if you have the chance to dine in here.
Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cheese RM 13.90
I love their Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cheese. There is a thick layer of Cheese on top of the Brown Sugar Boba Milk which gives a salty taste to the drink, the milk taste good unlike those that i have tried else where, i actually like the taste of the milk. The Brown Sugar has a strong taste of something like 'Gula Melaka' and the Boba inside it is not too sweet making it a tasty combination of Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cheese. If this is your first time visiting Good Day Good Time, then i would suggest that you try their Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cheese. They also have other type of drinks, like the Tea Latte series, Fruits Drinks, Smoothies and more.
Koay Teow Soup RM 5.90
I also manage to try out their Koay Teow Soup. It is serve in a small portion just enough for one person to go with the drinks there. Surprisingly, it taste good for a shop that specialized in handshake beverage. If you are there looking for a quick bite on something to fill up your stomach, you can try their Koay Teow Soup.
