What is so messed up about human nature is that when ever we see a restaurant full of people, our brain will instantly makes us wanted to try the food in that restaurant. This is exactly what happened to me, i was on my way to another restaurant for dinner when i walk pass MedLey Signature Cafe and saw that there are a more people dining in compare to the one i am heading to, i become curious wanting to try their food and so i change my mind and went in for it, haha !
MedLey Signature Cafe | 魅力食舍 is located at Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang. It is a restaurant that serve wide verity of food. There are Western Food, Local Dish, Dessert and more from their menu. Service is good and environment is comfortable.
Hawaiian Spring Chicken RM 18.90
During my visit, i order their Hawaiian Spring Chicken. The chicken is tender and the smashed potatoes on the side is good too. The salad taste a little sour, maybe because of the sauce they use and the slice of pineapple on top of the meat is not as juicy as i expect it to be.
Korean Kimchi (Hot Pot) Chicken + Rice RM 18.90
The other food that i tried is their Korean Kimchi Hot Pot Chicken. The Kimchi Soup is not too spicy or too sour, it is just nice. The serving portion is also just nice. In terms of taste, i would say, it is just average, nothing to scream about.
Classic Pumpkin Soup with Garlic Bread RM 8.90
Next, let us look at their Classic Pumpkin Soup, it is serve with a slice of Garlic Bread. The Pumpkin Soup is concentrated making it taste like eating Pumpkin Paste, it would be great if the soup is a little diluted.
Organic Soy Milk Tang Yuan + Red Bean, Sesame, Peanut RM 8.90
The best, i would say is their Organic Soy Milk Tang Yuan. There are 3 glutinous rice flour ball inside the Soy Milk with 3 different filling which are Red Bean, Sesame and Peanut.
Honey Fresh Milk RM 8.00
For me, i feel that their Honey Fresh Milk is sweet, probably because of too much Honey being put into it and it over power the teste of the Fresh Milk. Overall, the food here is just average.
