Flvour - Plate To Palate ! Which is located at Pusat Perniagaan Seri Alma in Bukit Mertajam, Penang is a newly open restaurant which serve special western food with a little unique mix of local taste especially taste from Indian Cuisine. This is definitely something new for everyone to try. Getting to Flvour is easy, with few click on the navigation apps, it will bring you directly to the door steps of Flvour. (GPS Coordinate at the end of this post). There are plenty of parking space here, so invite as many friends as you can here for a night out to enjoy some drinks and food.

Flvour is a comfortable place with plenty of seating place and nice environment for dine in. It doesn't matter if you are here for some tummy-filling-food or just to hang out family and friend having Beers, Cocktails or even Coffee, Flvour at Bukit Mertajam, Penang is the place to be.

After ordering your food from their long list of menu, while waiting, you may order some cocktails from their bar where they will prepare your favorite cocktails right in front of you, so be prepare for some action !

Their cocktails here is really nice, it is refreshing to drinks and it goes really well with the food here too. The cocktails combination of fruits, soda and some touch of alcahole gives a soothing taste to the taste buds but it does not over power the taste of the food, making it nice to drink. The one that i tried at Flvour has some sweet taste to it with some fruits taste.

There are also some with taste of strawberry inside and pink strawberry Gin Mg, it tasted simple, smooth with only strawberry inside and it’s a little fizzy like carbonated drinks. It is nice and thirst-quenching.

There are also drinks that is able to keep your appetite up as you dive in to their food. It comes with a little taste of lime and it is a little sweet and sour mix, very refreshing with plum inside. Enjoying the drinks at the bar is really nice, it gives me something to sip on while waiting for the food to be serve.

As mentioned earlier in this post, the food here is unique, it is a fusion of Western with some touch of Indian Cuisine. In my opinion, this is something really special as this is the first Western-Indian Cusien fusion that i have tried. Imagine having western food that has some slight taste of curry, isn't that something to look forward to ?

Keerai Curry Anchovies

Talking about uniqueness, their Keerai Curry Anchovies Pizza is something different. It is serve with crunchy Papadam, Anchovies and Mozzarella Cheese topping. There is some Indian Curry taste to it giving it some light spicy taste. The curry leaf adds more flavour to the pizza and the dough is made into very thin layer.

Chicken Tandoori Pizza

My personal favorite is their Chicken Tandoori Pizza. The meat is soft, tasty and there is this green colour sauce on top of it. I am not really sure what this Green Sauce is called but usually people use it as dipping sauce but when it is put on top of this Chicken Tandoori Pizza, it just taste good ! The thin layer of pizza is crunchy. In terms of flavor, there is so much going on in this Chicken Tandoori Pizza, it has some light juice sweet taste to it too. Every mouth full bites is bursting with flavor.

Seafood Capellini

Instead of using the usual Spaghetti to prepare this dish, Flvour uses Capellini which is thinner and it goes really well with all the mix seafood cooked in clam broth and chilli padi. The prawn is crazy big and unlike Aglio Olio, this plate of Seafood Capellini is not too dry and it has some spicy taste due to the chilli padi. This plate of Seafood Capellini is also one of my favorite food here at Flvour.

Kambing Fried Rice

As Malaysian, we love our rice and Flvour got that covered too. They have Kambing Fried Rice which is serve with soft lamb and fried rice. The fried rice is tasty and there is Eggs and some papadam on the side.

Keep It Shrimple

If you are looking for some small bites good to go with your cocktail, then you may opt to try their Keep It Shrimple dish ! Keep It Shrimple is simply just a plate of Garlic and Chilli prawns served with garlic toast. The prawn is big and tasty. The garlic toast is crunchy and taste good. Flvour is generous with their use of ingredient, the taste of the garlic and butter on the toast is really strong, every bite of it is so satisfying.

Chicken Burger

I call this the Mini Chicken Burger. The burger is small that is why i call it a mini but the chicken is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is really yummy, especially when there is tasty melted cheese on top of it, i could not resist and finish up the whole thing. Even the bread itself is tasty, it is soft on the inner layer but a bit crunchy on the outer layer, Epic ! It is serve with fries and some greens on the side.

Dining here at Flvour is really nice, the environment is nice and comfortable, the food is unique and tasty, the drinks is refreshing. If you are into alcohol and gin, then their cocktails is something to look out for.
