There are three different 8 course set dinner available here which are name as the Happy Reunion Set, Rich Fortune Set and the Prosperity Treasure Set. These Set are not only available for Dinner but all are available for Lunch as well.

It is always a practice to start off a Chinese New Year meal with the tossing of Yee Sang to signify a prosperous and a great new year ahead. Iconic Hotel got that covered for you when you dine in for their Reunion Set Dinner. It is the Prosperity Fruits Yee Sang with Salmon, Jelly Fish and Crispy Fish Skin.

Now, lets have a look at some of the dish available from Iconic Hotel Reunion Set Dinner. There are the Braised Abalone with Dried Oyster, Sea Cucumber, Black Mushrooms and Garden Greens which is served in Clay Pot which gives you that Chinese style of cooking look while preserving the Braised Abalone taste within the Clay Pot. Next is the, "Yuan Yang" Style combination of Roasted Duck and Fragrant Garlic Roasted Chicken to add some tasty protein into your diet.

To calm the tummy, Iconic Hotel added the Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Scallops, Fish Maw, Mushrooms, Red Apple and Ginger Roots into their Set Dinner. This hot serve soup is perfect for this Set Dinner. After a satisfying sip on the hot soup, you can go for their Steamed Grouper Fish Cantonese Style with Premium Soy Sauce which is also part of the Set Dinner menu.

To gives add more seafood, the Wok Fried Freshwater Prawn with Oats and Crispy Curry Leaves is being introduces into the Iconic Hotel Reunion Set Dinner. These big size Freshwater Prawn is perfect for sharing with family and friends. As Malaysia, having rice is always the best way to keep our tummy full, that is why, the Reunion Set Dinner also comes with Seafood Fried Rice done in Nyonya Style. You can mix all the ingredient at the sides together and have them with the rice.

To end the Reunion Dinner on a sweet note, Iconic Hotel also prepare some Chinese Style dessert for everyone dining in. There is the Double Boiled Snow Lotus, Red Date, White Fungues, Lotus Seed, Lily Bulbs, Candied Winter Melon with Sea Coconut if you wish to have something to sip on but if you want something to munch on, then you may also try their Deep Fried Taro Paste Nian Gao Ball.
