Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang is a newly open hotel in Penang. It is located along Lebuh Noordin and is hard to miss due to its all white classic yet stylish looking exterior. Its perfectly well balance design of modern looking hotel with a classic touch gives Citadines Connect a very high class look which will make guest feels like as if guests are staying in a 5 stars rating hotel.

Lobby :

In order to preserve the heritage look of this hotel, the over all building structure is still well preserve while adding some modern furniture design to it will give guest a feeling of home. I really like how the entire hotel looks like, it looks classic but not outdated yet modern and comfortable. Everything from the Lobby to the Hotel rooms is nice and simple.

Room :

With only 3 stories tall, Citadines Connect has many rooms enough to accommodate many guest. The room that I get during my visit is a small room suitable for a solo traveler or couples that are looking for a more private room. It comes with a private bathroom inside the room itself. The room is fully equipped with Safety Deposit Box, Hair Dryer, Torch Light, Kettle, Clean Towel and Toiletries.

In terms of space, it is not a very big room but big enough for a comfortable stay and a good night sleep. which is something important for everyone who is looking for a hotel stay. Everything here is clean and new ! The room design looks so comforting.

Breakfast :

Other than the room, there are also other services and facilities available at Citadines Connect to make guest stay a memorable and comforting one. Guest can have a cup of coffee and some biscuits at the lobby area which have comfortable seat and this is also the place where take-away style breakfast is being serve. The take-away style breakfast is only temporary until their breakfast dine in area is ready. Though they are only serving simple breakfast at the moment, the food is good to eat. There are some Nasi Lemak and Friend Koey Teow with some fruits juice and coffee. With the nice environment around, having breakfast here is like dining in cafe.

Water Station :

Staying hydrated is always important for many guests during travel and it is nice to see that Citadines Connect prepared few water station inside their hotel for guest to fill up their water.

Gym :

A gym is available at the top floor of Citadines Connect where there are some simple equipment for guests to work out keeping healthy and staying active during their holiday staying in Citadines Connect. There are some treadmill and dumbbells available inside the gym. Guest who use the gym can also fill up their water or get a towel at the gym.

Swimming Pool :

Feel free to take a dip inside Citadines Connect swimming pool which is located also at the top floor of the hotel. The view from up here is nice overlooking Georgetown Penang and also people watching while inside the pool as the pool is facing inside the building. It is not a big swimming pool but it is nice to take a dip in it especially in this hot sunny weather in Penang.

Surrounding :

The most important thing about Citadines Connect is its location which is located in the heart of Georgetown where it is surrounded by good restaurants and café serving tasty good and it is just walking distance away. From Citadines Connect it is just 5 minutes slow walk away from Gama Supermarket, the famous New Lane Street Foodstalls, Hin Bus Depot where all the hip and happening events are held, HIDEAWAY28 and many many more. Directly connected to Citadines Connect is the famous Inside Scoop ice cream and a few shops. Staying here in Citadines Connect is really convenient. So why not stay at Citadines Connect during your next Penang trip.
