Are you ready for Ramadan ? Ready or Not , here comes the buffet celebration for your berbuka puasa session this coming Ramadan ! This year, Amari SPICE Penang is going full swing with their Ramadan buffet food spread. Since Amari SPICE Penang opening last November, this is the very first time they welcomes its first fasting month this year.

Being themed as Judah Nostalgia Buffet Dinner, the Amari SPICE Penang culinary team prepares a host of Malaysian favourite dishes, delicacies and treats which will be made available from 27 March to 19 April 2023 and dinner will start at 6.30 pm until 10.30 pm daily. Serving wide range of food for everyone to try. The Mains section consist of food like Ayam Percik, Prawn Butter Milk, Rendang Ekor, Ketam Masak Chili, Wok Fried Beef with Ginger, Lala Masak Lemak, Steamed Fish Lime and Spicy, Wok Fried Mix Vegetables and many more.

Only the food from Main Section itself is enough to make diners drool and hands tired from taking so many photos of it. The culinary team led by their Executive Sous Chef is preparing approximately 100 Malaysian favourites and international dishes for dinner nightly. The Juadah Nostalgia buffet features a wide spread of buffet menus on rotations daily so that diners don't have to go through the same food even if they dine in here daily throughout the entire month of Ramadan.

The Juadah Nostalgia Buffet Dinner which is available at Amaya Food Gallery will allow diners to begin their indulgence journey with The Cold Kitchen of Salads, Cold Platters, Aneka Kerabu, Ulam-ulaman, Rojak Buah-Buahan, Pasembors, Gado-Gado with a variety or sauces and condiments. There are plenty of Kerabu to try at Amari SPICE Penang, such as Kerabu Daging Siam, Kerabu Jelly Fish, Acar Jelatah, Kerabu Kaki Ayam Tok Ngah and Kerabu Kacang Botol. These Kerabu will open up diners apatite for the Mains.

Then diners can continue on with the variety of main dishes at Dapur Amaya, Amaya Asian Kitchen including Gulai Kawah and a host of Amari Hawkers' Stalls food which include Shawarma, Kambing Bakar, Ikan Bakar, Grilled Seafood and Grilled Vegetables. To bring in the Local Penang food vibes, these food from the Amaya Asian Kitchen section will be prepare in hawker stall style where hawker station will be setup to prepare these food as per order. These type of setting gives diner the feeling of strolling through hawker stalls while ordering food for the buffet.

After all the hot action from the Hawker Stalls section, diners can cool things down a little at the Cold Platters section where diners can find Turkey Slice, Chicken Lyoner Mushroom, Smoked Salmon and more on the Cold Kitchen of Salads.

My personal favorite section from the Juadah Nostalgia Buffet dinner at Amaya Food Gallery is the local kuih-muih section which features variety of famous local made kuih-muih. A Ramadan dinner buffet will not be complete without these tasty kuih-muih.

Explore the buffets further with 'JaJan-JaJan' Sampingan treats followed by the Desserts buffets ranging from Warm Desserts to an assortment of cakes, pastries and all the way to Malaysian Ice Kacang, Chocolate Fountain with condiments, Jeruk Pak Ali Ice-cream counter and a variety or fruits including Kurma.

To name a few, there are cakes like Cheesecake, Pistachio Milk Chocolate Cake, Coconut Cherry Slice with Chocolate Canache, Pandan Sponge Cake with Cream, Mango Pave Cake and more for those cakes lover to try. Fruit Jelly with Fruits is available too.

Want something sweet to munch on, there is also the Bubur Cha-Cha and Bubur Pengat Pisang available from their dessert section or grab some fun at the do it yourself fondue station.
