The Santapan Gempita Ramadhan Buffet Dinner features variety of dish ranging from their tasty range of Curry like Gulai Ikan Masin Dengan Nanas, Pajeri Nenas, Udang Sambal Dengan Petai, Ayam Masak Merah, Itik Masak Lemak Cili Api Dengan Betik Muda, Ketam Masak Belimbing Buluh and Daging Harimau Menangis all the way to food from their action station.

Individual stalls are being set up during the Santapan Gempita Ramadhan Buffet Dinner so that they can serve more variety of food that would give guest the feeling of dining at a bazar ramadhan where guest can choose the food they like from those action stalls while seeing how the food is being prepared for them. A total of ten individual action stalls will be spaced around the restaurant featuring special signature dishes. To name a few, there are food like Chicken Rice Ball with Roast Duck, Roast Chicken, Char Siew Chicken, Soy Sauce Eggs and some condiment, the Chicken Shawarma from the Indian Corner, the Noodles station where guest can find different types of soup base like Curry Mee, Asam Laksa Ikan Kembung and Mee Udang Galah.

Over 150 dishes will be served during the Santapan Gempita Ramadhan Buffet Dinner and this year is very special as the buffet will be held at the hotel grand ballroom with seating capacities of more than 600 seat based on seating arrangement. Organizers of large functions will appreciate the ease as the ballrooms can be converted into a giant ballroom that seats up over than 1500 guest. For someone who would like to match and mix the food that they take from the Mains Buffet section, The Light Hotel got more food like Foo Yong Egg with Chili Padi, Seabass Fillet with Spicy Sauce, Mantis Prawn with Salted Egg, Deep Fried Squid, Dhalca Tulang Kambing and their famous Fish Head Curry so that guest can add them to their Nasi Biryani or even their Chicken Rice Ball to makes things more interesting.

As usual The Light Hotel also offer guest a designated prayer room with on-site ablution facility and an Imam to lead Muslim in their Maghrib, Isya and larawn prayers allowing guest to comfortably perform their religious duties.
