Wildseed @ 1-Altitude, Melaka

Melaka welcome the newly open Wildseed Restaurant at 1-Altitude Melaka. It is a good news for everyone in Melaka ! Wildseed Melaka is now open serving you the best food in town with nice view.

Located at Level 43 of 1-Altitude in Melaka, the view from up here is nice overlooking the Straits of Malacca. Guest can dine in here while enjoying the nice view at the comfort of Wildseed. The environment here at Wildseed is comfortable and nice with plenty of seating place to choose from. I personally love the seating area beside the windows so that I can enjoy the view. The environment here is suitable for family and friends gathering where guest can chill and relax at their sofa like seating place.

Looking at the menu, Wildseed serve a wide range of food for everyone to choose from, there are food like Gochujang Pizza, Chicken Katsu Waffle, Wagyu Bolognese, Chicken Pinche Sandwich and many more with unique combination of different cuisine into a single plate. If you are looking for something special with a twist, then Wildseed is the place to be.

Service here is good and food serving is fast too. Serving size of the food here is huge. Every plate of food here is good for a sharing of two person and the taste is good too, definitely worth the money spend.

For the mains, I manage to tried their Kelong Prawn and Scallop Pizza, Wagyu Beef Burger and Grilled Seabass Fillet during my visit. These mains is already very filling for me as the serving size is really huge. The look of the food is simple and well presented. The Wagyu Beef Burger is serve with juicy Wagyu Beef and some greens at the side with a lot of cheese in the burger. Chef here are really generous with the use of ingredients, there are a lot of ingredients being put into their every plate of food.

If you are there for something light, they also have some small bites food which is best goes with their choice of coffee like the classic Espresso, Long Black, Cafe Latte or their Vanilla Latte, Chai Latte, Babycino and more. I tired their Chicken Pinche Sandwich which is nice with vegetables and chicken slices sandwich in between slices of bread.

As a dessert lover, a meal won't be complete without some dessert. Here at Wildseed they got that covered too. There are few different choice of cakes available here at Wildseed but I decided to choose the Strawberry Short Cake. I like the texture of the cake and it is nice to eat.

It is always nice to wash down all the tasty food into the satisfying tummy with some drinks. Drinks like Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie and Mixed Fruit Juice is available here at Wildseed. There are also Smoothies, Milkshakes, Tea and some carbonated drinks available.
