Thomas has a proven track record of negotiating and concluding six Collective Agreements with the National Union of Hotel, Bar, and Restaurant Workers (NUHRBW). Over the past 14 years, Thomas has left an indelible mark on the HR landscape at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. His exceptional ability to manage turnover rates, maintaining them at a remarkable level below 2% per month since 2010, demonstrates his unwavering commitment to nurturing a stable and engaged workforce.
