Thomas has a proven track record of negotiating and concluding six Collective Agreements with the National Union of Hotel, Bar, and Restaurant Workers (NUHRBW). Thomas's profound understanding of the Malaysian and local working culture is a valuable asset. His exceptional ability to manage turnover rates, maintaining them at a remarkable level below 2% per month since 2010, demonstrates his unwavering commitment to nurturing a stable and engaged workforce.
