This Mooncake by Bee Cheng Hiang is in conjunction with the Mid Autumn Festival which is happening soon. The one i had is a Bee Cheng Hiang Mooncake Bundle, where there are four different types of mooncake in it.

• Signature Floss
• White Lotus 2 Yolk
• Pandan Gula Melaka
• Signature Mooncake

I really like Bee Cheng Hiang mooncake especially those that have Bakkwa inside. For those who don't know what Bakkwa is, it is actually pieces or slices of roasted pork meat. Famous for its Bakkwa, Bee Cheng Hiang use a lot of it in their Signature Mooncake and Signature Floss where these Bakkwa is cut into small pieces and stuffed full into the mooncake. Signature Floss mooncake also comes with a lot of Floss inside of it. Bee Cheng Hiang is really generous with the ingredient they use. My personal favorite mooncake is their Signature Mooncake, Signature Floss and White Lotus with 2 Yolk in it. I really like having Yolk inside of mooncake and to have 2 Yolk in 1 mooncake is really amazing. The Pandan Gula Melaka is tasty too if you are into something simple, for me, i am into something that allows me to munch more, just like those little Bakkwa inside the mooncake.
