Hoshino Coffee @ Queensbay Mall, Bayan Lepas, Penang

Hoshino Coffee has been operating in Penang for many years now and I personally has visited Hoshino Coffee many times may it be the one at Queensbay Mall or Gurney Plaza.

Recently i revisit Hoshino Coffee at Queensbay Mall again. In terms of environment and serve it is still the same. There are no different in terms of environment and the service is still good. Food serving is depending on what you order, some food takes longer time to prepare.

It is really nice to have Hoshino Coffee operating inside shopping mall because i can easily grab something to eat in case i get hungry after shopping.

“Hoshino” Spaghetti with Eggplant, Shimeji and Sausage RM 29.90 (set with drinks)

If i remember correctly “Hoshino” Spaghetti with Eggplant, Shimeji and Sausage is one of Hoshino Signature food. As the name says it, it is a plate of Spaghetti with mixture of Eggplant, Shimeiji, Sausage and Egg all mix together. This place of Spaghetti comes in a set together with drinks. The taste is not very bold and all the ingredient that is place into this place of “Hoshino” Spaghetti is in moderation i would say. Serving portion is big.

Winter Souffle Doria RM 25.90

Recently tried their Winter Souffle Doria, it is said to be a Christmas Special but i don’t see anything special compare to the normal Souffle Doria. I like how soft the top layer of Winter Souffle Doria is and the rice at the bottom goes really well with the top layer. The rice is normal fried rice with some vegetables in it.

Chocolate Banana Pancake RM 20.90

I enjoy their Chocolate Banana Pancake too. Considered as a dessert for me after my meal here at Hoshino Coffee. Everything serve here is in big portion, i was having problem finishing everything that i order.

Overall, the food here is not bad, i like how the food is prepared in moderation where the taste is not too salty, not to sweet. The taste is just right for me. Though the taste of “Hoshino” Spaghetti is a little bland for me but it is still ok for me.
