Dive into the sweet bounty of the ocean with Royale Chulan Penang’s latest weekend buffet called The Pirate’s Menu ! With fresh seafood and char-grilled meats taking centre stage, this indulgent menu features an extensive variety of international and local dishes that will surely whet the appetites of all diners.

There are plenty of seafood to choose from for everyone. Ranging from the fresh seafood like Prawn, Mussel, Lobster, Scallop and many more all the way to the hot dishes that diners should not miss like the Seafood Paella, Deep Fried Shisamo with Salted Egg Sauce, Emperor Grouper Fish Head Curry, Arrow Squid Kapitan with Kafir Lime and many more !

To keep things interesting the entire buffet session, in terms of food, Royale Chulan Penang also invite everyone to take their pick at the action stalls available that will feature delectable dishes like the Gratinated Korean Oysters, Steamed Whole Barramundi and for the meat-lovers the Roasted Australian Beef Striploin is definitely a must-have !

Another special feature is Royale Chulan Penang Nyonya Crab Curry Noodles whereby Royale Chulan Penang is the first hotel on Penang Island to be using GST Group’s One Bite Crab, a delicacy crafted from the succulent Yellow Swimming Crab. With its crunchy soft shell texture and generous meat content, it will definitely make diners come back for second helpings!

During the Seafood Buffet Dinner, remember to also help yourself to Royale Chulan Penang's cold seafood counter be their first port of call with a selection of fresh Seafood-on Ice, Sashimi on Ice, Smoked Salmon Platter, Korean Clams Noodle Salad, Tangerine Chicken Salad and many more that will definitely satisfy the diners’ palate.

Diners can then continue their feast with one of the highlights of The Pirate’s Menu which is the Traditional BBQ section with seafood and meat items such as Prawns, Squid, Bamboo Clams, Wing Snails, Golden Scallops, Clams, Half Shell Mussels, Sliced Lamb, Sliced Beef, Jumbo Sausage and Sliced Chicken. Diners will have a choice of Kung Po Sauce or Sambal Sauce to go with their BBQ.

The Pirate’s Menu Seafood Buffet is available every Friday and Saturday from 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm at the Sri Tanjung Café and is priced at RM 129.00 ++ for Adult, RM 90.00 ++ for Senior Citizens and RM 70.00 ++ for Children.
