This buffet is a celebration of Thai and Japanese flavours, crafted for those with a passion for the finest seafood. Fresh seafood like Oysters, Mussels, juicy king Prawns, tender Scallops on Ice, Fresh Mud Crab, Kepah, Murex Snail, Cockle and much more are serve during the Seafood Odyssey. If that is not enough, Hompton Hotel also prepare some food which is made from seafood like Goong Ob Woosen which is the Thai Glass Noodle Prawn and more to add some variety to the buffet dinner. With the wide variety of seafood, guest will definitely be overloaded with choice seafood to choose from.

At Spice Garden, guest can also dive into an impressive spread of Mains from Hompton Hotel main buffet session. Though the seafood is the stars of the night but the mains like Gaeng Keow Wan Gai which is the Green Curry Chicken, Gaeng Som Pla the famous Thai Spicy and Sour Fish, Yaki Udon guest favorite Stir Fry Udon Noodle, the special Neua Wua Panang which is the Thai Panang Beef Curry, Teriyaki Saba or also known as the Mackerel Fish with Teriyaki Glaze and Pad Pak Ruam the Thai Stir Fry Vegetable will also add more flavours to the buffet dinner giving it a little twist and mix of vegetables, chicken and beef.

Guest will get to enjoy food like The famous Pad Thai, Hoi Tod the Thai Style Crispy Pancake with Mussel, Gi Tod which is the Thai Style Fried Chicken and Guay Tiew Bpet which is the Thai Duck Noodle with Soup and everyone's favorite Oden Stew the Famous Japanese Hot Pot.
