Oysters

Lets dig into some of the food available here. The Gallagher N°1* oysters from Donegal, Ireland, were a revelation. Each bite delivered a perfect balance of umami and sweetness, like a whisper of the ocean on your palate.

Salmon Roe

The fine bites at The Reserve Bar were equally impressive. The Salmon Roe is a combination of croffle with some crispy and chewy texture, topped with briny salmon roe that popped with every bite.

Anchovy Toast

Taking the classic and making it a showstopper food like the Anchovy Toast is really nice. The Sicilian anchovies is packed with a strong umami punch.

Spicy Chicken Cracklins

Moving into something more flavorful with some spiciness that will definitely give you the kick in your tastebuds is their casual nibbles the Spicy Chicken Cracklins. The crunchy thin layer of Spicy Chicken Cracklins is so addictive, once you start a bit, its basically hard to stop. Tossed with bisnori spices and paired with sriracha aioli makes it a perfect nibbles with some cocktails.

If you are a fan of local flavors, do not miss the Spicy Ikan Bilis which is made from wok fried sambal anchovies with a zingy lime kick. It is a comfort food with a fiery twist !
