I was at the new Butter & Olive Wholesome Pastry House branch just now for there soft opening which already started since 16 September 2015 and will continue until 26 September 2015. This new branch is located at Sungai Dua, Penang. The Butter & Olive Pastry House is in the same building as the U-Hotel which is beside Tesco Extra at Sungai Dua, Penang.

During this soft opening period, all items on their menu will be on a 18% discount and their Signature Amalucado Coffee will only cost RM2 per cup. Then on the 27 September 2015 which is the date for their grand opening, all items will be on a 28% discount.

Probably not all of you will know what Butter & Olive Wholesome Pastry House is all about. Well on a quick glance through, the Butter & Olive Wholesome Pastry House is a Pastry House that sell Pastry.

Traditional Fish And Chips RM13.90

(Dolly Fish, French Fries, Tomato And Mix Vege)

I like the Fish And Chips, the fish is soft and juicy while the outer layer is crunchy but feel that the fries and mix vegetables is normal.

Mayonnaise Chicken Floss Toast (Calcium RM4.20, Wholemeal RM4.50)

This actually come in a small portion, just the size of a normal one slice of bread. The taste is normal, not bad ..

Caramel Latte (Hot RM10.90, Cold RM12.90)

Cappuccino (Hot RM9.90, Cold RM11.90)

The coffee tasted not bad, just that i feel the taste of Caramel in the Caramel Latte is a bit mild, hehe .. maybe i prefer a stronger taste of Caramel in the coffee, just my personal preference, hehe ..

Overall the place is nice, i like the environment here. In future, i can just stop by here for some bread or cake and while i am here i can have a cup of coffee or even to take my meal .. well, its kinda awesome to be sitting by the glass wall looking out at people walking by, cars driving right to left and left to right while enjoying the comfortable environment in this Butter & Olive Wholesome Pastry House !
