I went shopping at Gurney Paragon the other day and was really starving after hours of walking and walking, haha ! So i decided to had my dinner at Gurney Paragon before going home. I always become indecisive when it comes to finding food at Gurney Paragon, haha, i don't know why this happen .. ! Anyway, I've been to Morganfield's, the Home of Sticky Bones for few times but didn't really thought of wanting to blog about it until now, haha !
Morganfield's combines life's two greatest passions, which is music and great soul food. At the heart of Morganfield's is it signature dish which is call the "Sticky Bones". It is a truly authentic, old fashioned, prime pork ribs slow cooked and smoked in coal and hickory wood to tender mouthwatering perfection, then basted with the gluey sweet and sour tomato based home-made mopping sauce. Morganfield's "Sticky Bones" signature dish is tasty, i like it but i feel that the soup is just average, the same goes for the cake too. If you are going to Morganfield's for their "Sticky Bones" pork ribs then it is worth a visit.
