It has been for 2 to 3 years in a row that me and some of my crazy friends when celebrating Chinese New Year at a chain Sushi Restaurant. We usually juggle between those few famous Sushi Restaurant and this year we landed up in Sakae Sushi at Auto City, Seberang Perai. Of course it is a little too late to be talking about the Chinese New Year celebration that i had this year but the reason why i am writing this post is to share with you about their Yee Sang, which i hope, Sakae Sushi will still have for next year, haha !
For those of you who don't know what Yee Sang is, it is a Cantonese style raw fish salad. It usually consists of strips of raw fish. Now people often use salmon, mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments. The big plate of Yee Sang that i had in Sakae Sushi is tasty, though it is a little bit sweet due to the sauces and condiments used but i still like it a lot. Sakae Sushi only serve Yee Sang once a year which is during Chinese New Year, so yearly i will have to wait until Chinese New Year before i can try another Yee Sang again, haha !

Other than Yee Sang, Sakae Sushi also serve variety of tasty Japanese food. Especially their Sushi from the conveyor belt, some are uniquely made to suit the taste of the locals here in Malaysia, haha .. !
Of course, all the food that i order here are the food that i like to eat, haha ! They taste good as well, with that .. Sakae Sushi does get a high rating from me. That is the benefit of having the opportunity to choose what you love to eat from the wide range of food that Sakae Sushi is serving and the choice of Sushi from the conveyor belt is also a lot. I was spoiled for choice .. !
