As i can remember, Max Gourmet Restaurant has been operating for many years in Gurney Plaza and is still going strong even until now. I have been here many times trying out different types of food that they are serving but there is few of my favorite that i always go back to.

Steamed Groupa Fish Fillet with Ho Fan is my favorite, it is like a must have for me every time i come here, though i feel that the Steamed Groupa Fish Fillet with Ho Fan is a little bit oily but i still enjoy eating it, haha !

I love the Salted Egg Custard Bun too, it is nice to bite into the Bun and have all the Salted Egg Custard oozing out from it, haha ! The Fried Rice has the right amount of flavor to it making it tasty .. ! Max Gourmet Restaurant is located directly opposite GSC Cinema in Gurney Plaza making it the perfect location for people to find and dine after movie, haha, that is exactly what i do all the time .. ! I won't say that price here is cheap but it is reasonable given that it is located inside Gurney Plaza with air conditioning and comfortable place to sit. The place is not big with only a few seating place inside the restaurant but they also have seating place outside of the restaurant where you can sit, dine and see shoppers walking by, haha .. !
