Saw this place a few times but never really though of to try it until lately. I always thought that Syed Bistro is a normal Nasi Kandar shop that just pop up like mushroom after the rain, in Penang. But after trying it, i feel that Syed Bistro is a place worth my time writing this post, haha !
Parking at this place is always hard because the parking space here is really limited and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby here, so the parking space is always full regardless of what time it is.
So what to order ? My friend introduce a few food here that they think is really tasty but i decided to try out their Nasi Briyani.
Chicken Bukhara RM 14.00
Wow, the Chicken Bukhara is really huge ! I was very full after finishing the big plate of Chicken Bukhara, some of my friends can't even finish it. The taste, i really like it a lot .. the rice is a bit dry but they did provide curry to be taken with the Chicken Bukhara and the dish that comes with it, lovely !
Watermelon + Lychee Juice RM 5.00
This glass of Watermelon Juice with Lychee is nice. At first when i saw the menu, i thought to myself, this kinda of combination sound kinda weird but it taste nice .. the Lychee is juicy and the Watermelon is not too sweet as i am always concern of how much sugar that is put into drinks like this.
