The newly open Yujo Cafe is now serving tasty and some unique mix of food to people visiting Cubopark, Penang. Being located inside Cubopark, Yujo Cafe is easy to find, enter Cubopark, walk until the end and Yujo Cafe is on your right !
With simple but elegant interior, Yujo Cafe is a comfortable place to dine in. Yujo Cafe is not a very big place but is specious enough for hanging out with family or friend over a cup of drinks or to fill up your hungry tummy after a long day.
Yujo Cafe is really generous with their food serving portion. This bowl of Beef Rice is serve with a lot of ingredient, especially the quantity of the Beef and Rice all packed in one big bowl. As a small eater myself, this one bowl of Beef Rice is enough to make me full. The Beef is slice into thin pieces making it easy to chew on and soft. The Beef is a lot so you won't run out of Beef before your rice finish, haha ! The vegetables and egg goes really well with the rice and the beef making this a must try food here at Yujo Cafe.
Yujo Cafe serve variety of food ranging from Rice to Sandwich and some really refreshing drinks signature to Yujo Cafe. This plate of Salmon Sandwich taste good. I like how the salmon taste, the outer layer is thin yet crispy while the Salmon on the inside is not dry. With the combination of tomato, cucumber and vegetables this makes the Sandwich juicy while preserving the good taste of the Salmon itself.
This next set of Sandwich is my personal favorite. If your first thought 'Is that Butter in between the bread?' then 'High5' you and me are the same, haha ! Well, it is not butter, instead, it is Egg, a special made Egg from Yujo Cafe's Chef. This plate of Sandwich is made from a layer of Tobiko on one side and Pumpkin on the other side of the bread and Sandwich it together with a thick layer of Egg in between. The layer of Pumpkin give a natural sweet taste to the sandwich and the Egg in the middle makes the entire Sandwich tasty, i will definitely go back for more, haha !
Now when it comes to drinks at Yujo Cafe, they actually take the effort to make sure that the drinks they serve are not too sweet and yet still preserve the refreshing taste of the drinks. I personally feel that the drinks here is refreshing and it is awesome to have a couple of these drinks here at Yujo Cafe especially in this hot weather in Penang.
