Caze by Buu's Kitchen is a comfortable place to dine in, the environment is nice and service is good. The interior looks kinda old school like somehow preserving the Heritage look of Penang olden days restaurant design. Food serving is fast and the portion of the food is big. There are plenty of seating place available.
Baked Caprese Chicken (Whole Leg) RM 38.00
This plate of Baked Caprese Chicken, is made from Chicken whole leg with mango salsa, balsamic vinaigrette, melted mozzarella cheese, served with mash potatoes and salad as sides. I love this plate of Baked Caprese Chicken, the mash potatoes taste good and is very flavorful. The mango salsa is cut into small pieces which is really nice, not too big. The Chicken is well cooked, not too dry or too hard.
Caze Pumpkin Spaghetti RM 22.00
The Caze Pumpkin Spaghetti taste good too. It is not often easy to find Pasta cooked with Pumpkin, for me, it is an uncommon combination. There are also some walnut and raisins put into it which add some flavor to the pasta. The pumpkin is sweet and the walnut is crunchy.
Cream on Mushroom RM 17.00
What i like about this bowl of mushroom soup is the crunchy toast baguette, though it is dipped into the Mushroom Soup, it does not turn soft. This Cream on Mushroom is a bowl of homemade organic shiitake, garlic, onion, herbs, heavy cream and served with some garnishing on top. This bowl of soup is perfect as a starter to a meal at Caze by Buu's Kitchen.
