The newly open Summerskye Square is now slowly filling up with new shops. What interest me is the restaurant and cafe there, in short, those that are selling food, haha ! One of those many which open at Summerskye is Clay.
Clay is probably the short for Claypot where most of their food is serve and cooked using Claypot. There are Claypot Rice, Noodles, Toasts, Snacks, Dessert and Drinks being serve here at Clay.
Mr Chow's Braised Pork Noodles RM 16.90
Mr Chow's Braised Pork Noodles is made from slow cooked and braised pork belly, coriander, deep fried shallot, sunny side up, picklets and deep fried bean curd. The noodle is special, thin but not too soft and the pork belly is soft and tasty. The size of serving is not too big, just enough for one person.
Lotus Leaf Rice RM 8.90
Lotus Leaf Rice is serve in big size, there are a lot of small pieces of meat in the middle of the rice. This is kinda different from what i tried else where. The aroma of the rice is nice but to me the rice is a bit hard. Overall, it is still ok.
Environment here at Clay is good and their service is good too. Food serving is fast.
