Now let us look at the Kochabi Delights Buffet Dinner, being in a league of its own Kochabi Delights Buffet Dinner comes with a live cooking demonstration by the renowned Chef Bob who has come out of retirement especially for this momentous occasion. With 30 years of experience under his belt, working and perfecting his skills in a variety of cuisines. Being trained and worked at various fine establishments, the Golden Chef from Penang had a strong passion in turning the classic ingredients to local Malaysia flavours that wind back to our childhood memories. Other than having the opportunity to test the food prepared by Chef Bob, guest will also have the opportunity to learn some cooking techniques from the friendly Chef Bob as he will be demonstrating variety of cooking while sharing of his memories from the good old days.

From the main buffet table, the Hainan buffet spread boasting seven chafing dishes featuring the classics such as Char Har Lok, Slow Braised Lamb with Okra, Assam Pedas Fish, Foo Yong Hai, Loh Ark with Egg, Stir fried Mixed Vegetables with Sliced Chicken and Prawn Meat and Chicken Pie allowing guest to mix and match the dish that they like.

Kochabi Delights Buffet Dinner bring back an array of live action stalls serving up the very best of Hainanese food includes the famous Hainanese Chicken Rice Stall in which diners would have the option to choose to have their preferred meat to be roasted or steamed and served on a warm bed of steamed rice accompanied with condiments and sauces. Not forgetting, a must have 'PANGGANG STALL' which consist of Squid, Fish, Kacang Botol, Eggplant, Corn served up right from the grill. Other signature from the live stalls include a Hailam Char Mee and Chun Piah and a Craving Trolly highlighting the well loved Hainanese Chicken Chop. Jazz Hotel is serving their Hainanese Chicken Chop differently this time, instead of prefix the portion of the Chicken Chop, Jazz Hotel place it on a carving trolly for diners to customize the portion of Chicken Chop that they want.

Traditional favourites awaits such as the Penang Famous Teochew Cendol, Ais Kacang or Leng Chee Kang, Bubur Gandum or Bubur Kacang. The sugary treat doesn't stop there, Jazz Hotel also provide 3 different types of French pastries, Sago Gula Melaka and Creme Brulee among others to delight any sweet tooth. They even mix and match it with some Mochi, Cakes and at the end of it, guest may flush it all down with a cup of hot Teh Tarik from their stalls and if you are a fan of beer, Jazz Hotel have free flow of beer for you too.

Those above age 75 can enjoy the buffet at a 50% discounted price from the original senior price of RM 68.00. While those age between 4 to 9 years can enjoy a 50% discount from the original child price of RM 68.00 and child below the age of 3 are entitled for a free dine in.
