Miga Korean BBQ @ Bayan Lepas, Penang

Miga Korean BBQ is one of my favorite place to dine at, if you go there often then you probably might bump into me, haha ! Miga Korean BBQ is located in Bayan Lepas which is just a few minutes walk away from Queensbay Mall, Penang. As the names says it, Miga is a Korean BBQ restaurant. Miga Korean BBQ is not a very big place but comfortable enough for dine it.

Kimchi-Jeon RM 23.00

Kimchi-Jeon is a Pancake made with finely chopped kimchi served with Korean Soy Sauce. Kimchi-Jeon is not very spicy though the Kimchi taste is strong but it does not taste sour. It is a bit salty therefore, i prefer to have it as a side dish together with a bowl of noodle or rice.

Kimchi-Jjigae RM 20.00

Kimchi-Jjigae is a spicy stew made from kimchi simmered with pork meat and tofu. Kimchi-Jjigae is best taken with a bowl of rice. To me, the soup is very spicy and the kimchi taste is strong. With Spicy and Sour taste of the Kimchi, this bowl of Kimchi-Jjigae triggers my every taste buds. If you are a fan of something spicy, then this bowl of Kimchi-Jjigae would do the trick.

Japchae RM 29.00

Japchae is a plate of Glass Noodles with Vegetables. The serving size of this plate of Japchae is small, if only the size could be bigger, that would be better. The Japchae here is a bit salty and oily but it is still acceptable for me.

Every time i come to Miga Korean BBQ, i always order too much food because i always forget that there is side dish. Regardless of what you order, Miga Korean BBQ will always provide refillable side dish.

The side dish here is what interest me. Miga Korean BBQ serve almost the same side dish every time but i love their side dish.

The side dish here consist of different types of vegetables. As most of it are my favorite i often finish all the side dish even though i have ordered a lot of main dish to eat, haha !
