Located in Ghee Hiang Garden in Lebuh Gelugor, CAN by Haru Hari is a new addition to the Penang Cafe list. CAN by Haru Hari is not a huge place but it is comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is in a garden concept which is nice.
The Bird Nest seems to be CAN by Haru Hari signature dish, everyone that comes here will order their Bird Nest dish but unfortunately for me, it was sold out when i get there. CAN by Haru Hari is always full with people since its opening and is very famous among Penangites.
CAN Brekkie RM 25.00
What i manage to try out here is their CAN Brekkie, it look something like Big Breakfast and the size is really big too. It is serve with beef bacon, baked beans, hash brown, ham, sausage, mushroom, mesclun, tomato, sliced sourdoughs and scramble eggs, it is like everything in one plate kind of thing. Every items in this plate has its own different flavor
Char Grilled Chicken RM 18.00
My favorite here at CAN by Haru Hari is their Char Grilled Chicken, it is serve with merryland, mesclun, steak fries and choice of sauce like BBQ, Black Pepper or Brown Sauce. It taste good, the sauce and the chicken goes well together. Size of the Grilled Chicken is just average, nicely done, not too dry.
Soup of The Day RM 13.00
A hot bowl of soup after a meal is always nice and here i get to try out their Mushroom Soup.
Burnt Cheese Cake RM 16.00
CAN By Haru Hari also serve some cakes but i don't find it inside their menu. I know about it when i ask their waiter if they have any cakes available and the Burnt Cheese Cake is the one they recommend. Burnt Cheese Cake here is tasty, it is soft and creamy time, very tasty and is recommended to try when you are here in CAN By Haru Hari.
