Let's dig right into their selections of Main dish from their buffet table where diners can let their creativity flow by mix and matching their own plate by either choosing to have Nasi Tomato or Nasi Mandy to go with variety of dishes available like Ayam Percik Serai Wangi, Ikan Bawal Goreng, Kurma Kambing, Asam Pedas Daging Tetel, Ketam Masak Lemak, Gulai Ikan Jenahak, Ayam Masak Merah, Dalca Telur, Sambal Sotong Petai, Udang Nestum Mentega, Sayur Goreng Campur and Labu Lemak Putih. It is a perfect combination of Meat, Vegetables and Seafood.

The selections of Main serve here at Iconic Hotel Penang is always best goes with their Sup Daging Utara or Soto Ayam Madura, it both gives and extra flavor to the combination of Mains making the food even more tasty ! The soup is hot making it comfortable for the tummy after a long day of fasting.
Bubur Lambuk
Bubur Lambuk is also available at Mezza9 Restaurant, an option to add to the Ramadhan Buffet. Serve with few different types of condiment to add taste to the Bubur Lambuk, it is a good bowl of rice porridge.
Not forgetting Seafood Lover ! Iconic Hotel Penang always have a little something special for everyone. If you are a seafood lover, then during the Singgah Iftar Ramadhan Buffet, you can indulge in Iconic Hotel fresh seafood where there are Big Prawns, Crabs and Mussels to name a few. You can either have it fresh as it is or mix it up with your Main, it would be tasty to go with those available curry from the Main buffet selection.
That is not all, head on over to their Grill and Action Section where food like Char Koey Teow, Satay, Grill Chicken and more are prepared hot on the spot for guest who would love to try them. Guest can see how the Chef at the Action Section cook the food they want right in front of them. Their Char Koey Teow are packed with flavor and the Grill Chicken is soft and tender, see the cooking magic unfold at the Action Section.
How about DIY-ing your own plate of Assam Laksa or toast your own Bread and more ? Diners can do exactly that with a few section dedicated for diners to DIY their own plate of food. The Assam Laksa available here are prepared with all the ingredient needed for diners to have fun preparing their own bowl of Assam Laksa to make sure that the noodles is still springy when served.
Diners can slow things down after a heavy Mains with some salad to add more greens into their diet or some small bites food as they spend time chit chatting with family and friend while giving time for the Mains to digest off. There are also some different types of Sambal or Budu spice things up for diners. Kerabu Ayam, Kerabu Kambing Pudina and more is also made available by the Iconic Hotel Kitchen team for diners to enjoy.
As usual, a buffet dinner will not be complete without the present of dessert. So to complete a tasty buffet, Iconic Hotel also prepare variety of cakes, pudding and something sweet for everyone especially those with sweet tooth. The different types of cake will definitely makes diner spoiled for choice.
Since it is a Ramadhan Buffet a selection of Malay Kuih Muih is also being featured at the Singgah Iftar Buffet Dinner so that diners can try on some local Malaysian Kuih to bring in the Raya mood which is just weeks away.
One of those must try dessert would be the Merry Ice Cream ! Featuring some of their famous ice cream like Ice Cream Gula Melaka and Salted Egg Oreo is something that diners should not miss. Merry Ice Cream is now available in Iconic Hotel Penang's buffet buffet spread.
Have some Kurma before breaking fast is what Local Penangites usually do. That is the best way to calm the hungry tummy before loading it with more tasty food from Iconic Hotel Penang. Few different types of Kurma is available for diners to choose from, namely Kurma Tunisia, Kurma Iran and more.
