Carrotfish has a very outlet in around Penang and i also heard some good review about Carrotfish so i decided to give Carrotfish a try. The outlet that i go to is located at Eco Bloom, Simpang Ampat, Penang.
Nasi Lemak RM 8.00
If you look at their menu, Carrotfish serve wide range of food. There are local dish, breakfast set, pasta, pizza and dessert. The one that i order is their Nasi Lemak, it is serve with herbs and spiced brown rice, hard boiled egg, anchovies, nuts, cucumber slices, homemade sambal, fresh lime. You can add some chicken slices too with an addition of RM 5.00.
Mushroom Soup RM 10.00
A bowl of soup to start as appetizer is always nice, so i order their Mushroom Soup with is made from combination of Shiitake Mushroom and Bottom Mushroom. There are some Onion to give some extra flavor to it and Milk serve with Bread.
