Christmas Tree Lighting @ Angsana Teluk Bahang, Penang

It is now the month of December which mean that Christmas is back ! While everyone is preparing for the coming Christmas celebration, Angsana Teluk Bahang, Penang is also setting up their hotel to welcome everyone for the Christmas celebration.

A beautiful Christmas Tree was set up at the Lobby area of Angsana Teluk Bahang. Every guest that enter the hotel through the main lobby will be welcome by this amazing Christmas Tree and to make it even more beautiful, Angsana Teluk Bahang team held a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony to light this Christmas Tree up to give it more life to welcome the Christmas Season.

The Christmas Tree Lighting was done by the Angsana Teluk Bahang General Manager who also gives a short Welcome Speech to welcome everyone to the ceremony and also to Angsana Teluk Bahang. There were also awesome Carolers Performance to bring in the Christmas mood and make the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony even more interesting. Even Santa Claus made an appearance at the ceremony spreading joy and laughter to everyone there especially kids who are excited to meet Santa Claus.

After the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony, every invited guest we treated to a light refreshment and followed by a lips smacking buffet at Angsana's Jendela Restaurant where the food were prepared by their talented team of Chefs. The Jendela Restaurant itself is a nice place to hang out with family and friends over good food. Its comfortable and nice environment has that welcoming vibes.

There are many different types of food serve here at Angsana Teluk Bahang. From the Mains section there are food like Vegetarian Pulau Rice, Fish Head Curry Malabar, Kerala Buttered Chicken, Itik Keretuk, Rendang Daging Rusuk, Telur Sotong and Sotong Masala, Pajeri Terung and Nenas, Samosa and Chicken Mushroom Pie, Vegetables Lasagna, Irish Lamb Stew and Mire Poix, Roasted Whole Chicken Tandoori with Cucumber Raita, Roasted Lamb Leg, Marinated Roasted Aussie Rib Eye and many more which is made suitable for our local Penangites taste buds. The Vegetarian Pulau Rice goes perfectly well with all the available Curry and Chicken.

These side dish is perfect for those who would like to try something that is not too filling for the tummy.

In my opinion, Salad and Fruits are some of the must have food in a buffet to balance out our diet and Angsana Teluk Bahang got that covered too. There are some greens and fresh cut fruits for everyone to munch on.

Not forgetting everyone's favorite food, the Dessert ! There are many different types of Cakes, Almond Tart and even Ice Kacang for those who have a sweet tooth to indulge on. The best part is, guest can make their own Ice Kacang and choose the topping that they like at the Ice Kacang counter.
