To add more variety to the buffet spread. There are also some random small bites food like sushi, prawn salad, salmon, cheese and crackers and many more added to the buffet menu. I personally like the Sushi and Cheese, there are few different types of Sushi to choose from and the Cheese goes really well with the biscuits that comes with it.

Spice Shawarma

Spice Shawarma and also the famous The Light Hotel Char Koey Teow is a must try food during the buffet. Especially the Char Koey Teow is something that i always look forward to when dining in at The Light Hotel. It is best taken with their tasty hot Teh Tarik drinks.

If you are someone who is into some hot cooking live action, there is also some action station being set up to prepare food like Roasted Duck, Pasta and Noodles where the staff there will cook the food directly in front of you and serve it hot on the spot, so that you can enjoy the food hot once serve especially those hot warm noodles with soup which is really comforting for the tummy.

Giving it a little twist to the buffet, The Light Hotel added food like Vegetarian Rice, Vegetables Dalca, Roti Jala, Roti Nanas, Coconut Roll, Roti Boom, Samosa and Spring Roll. I personally love the Roti Jala and Samosa, some light food like this is really nice to munch on while having a chat with family and friends at Spice Brasserie restaurant to celebrate the coming Christmas.

To end the buffet on a sweet note, The Light Hotel prepared a lot of different types of dessert ranging from pudding, cakes and chocolate for everyone to try on. With this buffet being made for Christmas, all the dessert has some really nice Christmas feel to it. There are Yule Log Cake, Traditional Fruit Cake, Cheese Cake, Hot Bread Butter Pudding and many more. A dessert heaven for those who have a sweet tooth for dessert.
