Penang Mainland is set to welcome another internationally recognised hotel brand as Marriott International and Iconic Group officially announce the signing of an agreement to introduce Courtyard by Marriott Penang Icon City. Expected to open in December 2026, the hotel will be created through the rebranding and transformation of the existing Iconic Hotel Penang in Bukit Mertajam.
