You know what does the little piglet tell her mom when her mom don't let her go out to hunt for food ? She say, 'Don't go bacon my heart', hahaha ! Wait, i am the only one laughing to this lame joke ? Ok, my point here is, there is a new restaurant now open inside of Queensbay Mall that serve pork, yehh pork ! go pork, go pork ! Opss, the word pork is kinda sensitive in Pinky Piglet Land, it might 'Bacon some heart', haha ! Ok, enough, before i get carried away talking nonsense thing again.
S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant in Queensbay Mall which start operation just few days back on 15 April 2017 is, to my opinion, experts in food involving pork. Most of the food here are serve with pork. S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant is dedicated to all pork lover out there, if you are also a pork lover, then you should come and try the food here.
The key behind S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant remarkable dishes is all in the ingredients where they only use premium cuts of pork to make these piggy creations.
Environment here is really nice, there is plenty of seating place both indoor an outdoor. The place looks classy with nice and simple decoration making the place comfortable to dine in.
Whole Slab BBQ Ribs
(Slow roasted and grilled to finish, served with fries, slaw and lashings of S.WINE's homemade apple BBQ sauce)
The first food that i would like to introduce here is the Whole Slab BBQ Ribs. You won't believe how big this plate of BBQ Ribs is. For me, i won't be able to finish this plate of BBQ Ribs by myself, if you are a big eater, maybe you can. The Whole Slab BBQ Ribs is one time bigger than my hand. It is tasty, i like that it is soft and well cook.
Warm Pork Confit, Watermelon And Lychee Salad
(Asian greens and spicy lemongrass vinegrette)
Warm Pork Confit, Watermelon And Lychee Salad is one of S.WINE signature salad which is created using a mix of chunky pork confit, watermelon cubes, whole lychees, fragrant Asian greens and spicy lemongrass vinegrette.
Grilled Pork Neck Green Mango Salad
(With pomelo, asian greens and spicy salty lime dressing)
Chargrilled Jerk Pork Belly
(6 hour sous vide and served with lychee pineapple salad and green goddess sauce)
I like the Grilled Pork Neck meat that is put inside the mango salad, it taste nice and the same for Chargrilled Jerk Pork Belly too. The Chargrilled Jerk Pork Belly is just well cooked, not too dry or not too raw making the meat inside soft and a bit juicy, nice !
Crispy Pork Burger
(toasted brioche bun, green goddness sauce and house pickled slaw with a side of fries)
There is not many restaurant or cafe in Penang that i know of which are selling Pork Burger and now i can get it easily here at S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant. It is just so convenient now, i can just drop by S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant anytime after doing all my shopping in Queensbay Mall.

Bacon And Salted Egg Carbonara
Pasta Bak Chor Mee
(Lard, soy pork mince and vinegar)
I must say, these two pasta is my favorite, haha ! typical pasta fans ... (^.^)v .. With salted egg being used as an ingredient in making the Bacon And Salted Egg Carbonara, it does makes this plate of paste become more special. The taste of the salted egg mix well with the Carbonara and Spaghetti. Pasta Bak Chor Mee is really tasty, the vinegar used is making the pasta appetizing. It taste something like the Pork Leg Rice with Vinegar but this is Pork Mince Spaghetti with Vinegar, special and tasty, i love it !

Crème Brûlée With Crispy Bacon
When they tell me that the Crème Brûlée here at S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant is served with Crispy Bacon .. i went O.O'', this is new ! I've never eat Crème Brûlée with Crispy Bacon before .. special right ? And S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant is serving it. I like the crispy outer layer of the Crème Brûlée. It is not over burned or too thick, just nice !
3 Layer Tea
Other than the 3 Layer Tea that i had at S.WINE Wine And Dine Restaurant, they also serve some beers, wine and many other types of drinks ranging from juices, soft drinks and bottled water.
