Talking about Kuey Teow Teng, i think there are like thousand of Kuey Teow Teng stall out there in Penang, there is even franchise or chain Kuey Teow Teng restaurant out there. To me, i personally love the one selling at a Coffee Shop here in Jalan Pengkalan, Sungai Petani.
The owner of this Kuey Teow Teng stall have been selling Kuey Teow Teng here in this Coffee Shop for more than 30 years and they does not cook it in bundle, they do it bowl by bowl to preserve their Kuey Teow Teng good taste and quality. This is really awesome, i just can't get enough of this Kuey Teow Teng and is going back for more and more ! This stall in located inside the Coffee Shop as shown in map below, just walk into the Coffee Shop and you will see two old couple selling Kuey Teow Teng.
