To me Maple Palace Chinese Restaurant is like a 5 stars restaurant with really good service, nice environment and tasty food. Maple Palace Chinese Restaurant, the name says it all, they serve Chinese Cuisine. The price is not cheap but the taste of the food is worth the money you pay. In terms of quantity, i feel that their serving per plate is small.
There are variety of food being serve here at Maple Palace Chinese Restaurant. Few of my personal favorite are the Clam cooked with Sweet and Sour, it taste like Thai Style cooking, it is tasty ! The Salted Egg Chicken is soft and fully covered with Salted Eggs which makes it tasty too.
There are also some vegetables, brinjal and duck meat available here. Most of the dish that i tried here are rather spicy but it is good enough for me. While the lotus leaf rice is simple and the aroma is strong and nice, serve hot .. !
I love the dessert here, especially the Peanut Soup and Yam Biscuits. The Peanut Soup is rich with Peanut but not too sweet, and it goes really well with the Yam Biscuits. The Yam is a lot on the inside while it is crunchy outside.
