The overflowing-lava-cream type of cake was once a very famous trend in Penang before it is now being over shadow by the very famous Boba Milk Tea. RotiTiam at Bandar Sunway Tunas,Bayan Lepas, Penang also has their own version of this overflowing-lava-cream cake, haha ! Btw, is that what it is really call as ? Anyway, you get what i mean right ? haha !
The one i tried is better known as the Black Sesame Bath (RM 8.90). It is where the cream is overloaded on top of the cake before if is flown down like lava covering the cake at the bottom.
Having the Black Sesame Bath with a cup of coffee is really nice. At RotiTiam, other than the Black Sesame Bath cake, they do sell other types of cake and bread as well.
