Krystal Point used to be a very happening place in Penang many many years ago. There were a lot of cafe, restaurant and shops around here. That seems to be a thing of the past now. Though it has been years since Penangites last saw this place came to life, on and off there are still new restaurant coming in to Krystal Point to operate and to serve people around Bayan Lepas their tasty food. The latest addition to Krystal Point is the 5 Loaves 2 Fish restaurant.
Sweet and Sour Chicken Rice
Ma Po Taufu
5 Loaves 2 Fish serve variety of dish that range from western food to chinese cuisine. During Lunch time they do serve set meal as well, of which i feel it is worth the price i pay. Price at only RM 9.90, the Set Lunch come with a Plate of Food + Drink + Soup ! The Set Meal is only available on Monday to Friday from 11.30 am until 2.30 pm. The one i tried here is the Ma Po Taufu, which is a little spicy, not too salty and it goes well with the fried egg and rice. The other dish from the Set Lunch is the Sweet and Sour Chicken Rice, which is serve with crunchy fried chicken cut into pieces and covered with Sweet and Sour sauce. Serving portion is big and service is really good too. Food is tasty yet simple, love it here !
Other than that, there is also food like Minced Chicken with Salted Fish Rice, Plum Sauce Chicken Rice, Plum Sauce Fish Rice, Braised Assorted Mushroom with Egg and Sweet and Sour Fish Rice from their Set Lunch menu.

Curry Chicken Rice RM 13.70
The Curry Chicken Rice is made from Fragrant Rice, Curry Chicken with Potato and Carrot. Served with Egg, Papadom and Seasonal Vegetable. I like the curry, it has the Malaysian curry taste not like those Japanese or Korean type of curry. The Curry Chicken Rice is a very local Malaysian dish.
