Always start a Ramadan Buffet light with some appetizing Ulam-Ulaman to bring up the appetite and something to calm the grumbling tummy before indulging into the heavy mains. Dig in to their Coleslaw, Kerabu Taugeh, Acar Timun Nenas, Yam Yoon Sen and Salad Kentang which is served around a very beautiful little boat.
The various starters ranging from refreshing green salads to the traditional Kerabu Sotong Ala Thai, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Soo Hoon and assorted ‘Ulam-Ulaman’ are the perfect beginning to a sumptuous spread.

The highlight of the buffet is definitely Royale Chulan well marinated, succulent Whole Lamb Roast fit for a kenduri celebration ! Having the Chef cutting them fresh from the Whole Lamb into smaller pieces best goes with those dishes from the main spread.
Apart from the roast lamb, of course, a not-to-be-missed Royale Chulan famous and much loved, Sup Tulang Rawan is also available and served hot from the pot !
